I created this piece because I liked how the paint mixed together and I dabbed the paint around the outside of the canvas to make it look like ice that is freezing over a puddle of water and the hand is to show someone reaching out of the puddle. I created this piece using sketch paper and a number 2 pencil. I wanted to draw something that goes easily unnoticed and people sometimes don’t really appreciate how helpful our hands are.
