2019 Senior Top Dog: Chase Stuber
May 9, 2019
Senior Chase Stuber has attended Lakeview his whole life. Stuber has also participated in soccer his whole life both through school and outside of school. While playing outside of school he traveled playing different teams. During Stuber’s senior year playing varsity he lettered.
Stuber also excels in other activities besides sports and he maintains a 3.8 GPA all the while working at Salvatore’s and in landscaping for extra cash. Stuber plans on attending the Kent State Branch for a year then continuing his education at Mercy Health working toward a career in nursing. He wants to become a nurse because he enjoys “helping others.”
Stuber loves making a difference in peoples lives and cannot wait to get out in the real world. At the time, he loves hanging out with his friends and the one thing he says he will miss the most about high school is “The friends I will never see again and soccer.”
When asked what senior year has taught him, Stuber replied “Life is short. The future is unexpected, you gotta be ready.”
Stuber’s advice to the underclassmen is “don’t let any other person influence your actions, do what you wanna do, and live life to the fullest. YOLO!”
