In the opening game of the 2020 Lakeview soccer season, our boys take the win 5-0 over Niles.

Returning after 6 years of not playing soccer senior Ryan Carnahan scored the first point of the game on a header, giving the dog’s momentum.

Two minutes later Carnahan finds the back of the net again, so that going into half time 2-0 the boys had a relaxing lead.

Within the first 10 minutes of the second half, senior Jake Busefink dribbles through the Niles defense feeding Ryan Carnahan his 3rd goal of the game.

Senior Brier Roper playing the holding midfield position gets himself on the stat sheet putting the Lakeview boys up 4-0.

Seniors Brendon Kilpatrick, Dominic Parise, and Hunter Miller all on the defensive side of the ball held their own not giving Niles a shot at goal all second half.

With the clock ticking down, the last minute of the game, Sophomore Dylan Coburn scores the final goal making the score 5-0.

A great first win for the Bulldogs on senior night!
